Espansione delle ottiche Nex prevista da Sony

"Tonight at the 2012 CP+ Camera & Photo Imaging Show, Sony has announced intentions to grow their E-mount (NEX Cameras) lens assortment significantly over the next two years, and plans to offer a total of 15 E-mount lenses in market by the end of 2013. For those doing the math, that amounts to 8 new lenses in addition to the 7 currently offered. Though official specs of the new lenses have yet to be released, we are able to share a larger diagram outlining the Sony Imaging Team’s strategy for this lens roll out. Take a look and as we get more info, we’ll be sure to share."

Nikon D800 Hands-on Preview

"We haven't spent long enough with the D800 to form any definitive opinions, but our initial impressions from handling a pre-production sample are very positive. Certainly, existing D700 users will feel right at home with the largely familiar ergonomics, but the changes that Nikon has made (particularly the improved live view controls) make a noticeable difference to handling. Not everyone pondering the purchase of a D800 will consider video a priority, but if the feature interests you then rest assured that right now, the D800 offers pretty much the most advanced specification around, an extremely close second only to the D4."

By Barnaby Britton with additional material by Richard Butler

The film showcases the D800′s ability to shoot in some tricky lighting conditions and situations (fast moving motorbikes, low light etc).

Sony Alpha SLT-A65 Review by Barrie Smith

Sony Alpha SLT-A65 Verdict

Quality: with the A65 I captured stunning, sharp, brilliantly colour-saturated images.
Why you’d buy the A65: 24 megapixel shooting and a 10 fps burst rate appeal.
Why you wouldn’t: you (still) want an optical pentaprism view … just like your daddy’s SLR!
